The Hotel is located on Ardbear Bay, 3.2 km from the lively town of Clifden, known as the Capital of Connemara. 25 minutes from the Hotel, Kylemore Abbey is reached by a picturesque drive through Inagh Valley and the very heart of the 12 Bens and Maumturk Mountains.There's also the chance to go to the beach: Dogs Bay, Gurteen, Mannin Bay and Aillebrack are within a 5-20 minute drive.
Cómo llegar
From Galway City: take the N59 west through Oughterard, Maam Cross and Recess to Clifden (about 80km or 50 miles). At the Esso station, turn left and enter Clifden's one-way traffic loop on Bridge Street. Continue on Bridge Street past two small lanes on your right and left, and follow the signs to Ballyconneely. You'll wind around Clifden Bay and another 3km or 2 miles. The Ardagh Hotel will be on your left, just opposite the head of Ardbear Bay.
