El personal muy amable, buena relación calidad precio, centrico para poder llegar andando hasta los lugares más conocidos y paradas de metro y tranvia cerca. Incluso una de las recepcionistas hablaba español. Muy contentos de haber elegido este hotel.

Hotel is very clean and modern - the rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable.We didnt hear any noise at all during our
stay. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel Staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city for
all sightseeing-all main attractions are within walking distance. No need for taxis if sticking to the city centre.We will
definitely go back.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms -just a very expensive drink machine in the lounge area.When we asked the reception staff we were told that there were no dressing gowns or slippers available which contradicted information in the hotel facility guide supplied.TV choice of channels was limited to one News channel for English visitors.
