The customer service given to you by all the staff at the hotel is second to none, you would struggle to get that kind of service and kindness in a top quality hotel in Mayfair!

One staff member was particularly helpful in telling us the places to see and visit which made our stay very special.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. English was spoken by several staff members which helped us tremendously as we know no Hungarian. The meals we had there were excellent and again staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is superb and very quiet and peaceful. It was a pleasure to stay there and will do so again.

There are several bars and restaurants along the banks of the river so plenty of choice for evening entertainment (live music at several of them). For those who like walking there is plenty of walking available. Also during summer you can catch a boat to the centre of Budapest or a 20 min walk to the train. There is also a public recreation park and swimming pool a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Very poor breakfast, old bread etc. till a group arrived and it completely changed. No redtaurant , no bar roomservice when they were not to busy with internet..One day the room was not cleaned!. Not allowed to smokealthough no signs are there. Poor tourist information, half hour walk from the 1st. decent public transport. They claim to be a 4* hotel but that's to much. The experience from me is no more than 2*.

Petit déjeuner pendant notre séjour archi nul. Pas de thé, café sans nom. Aucune viennoiserie, seulement une brioche et du pain avec beurre et confiture. Le "bol" de céréales parraissait être là depuis des mois. Pas de yaourt, rien............

We will never forget our visit at the Aquamarina hotel and hope to come back very soon

We have travelled a lot and we must say that the Aqvamarina is one of the best hotells that we have visited. Big beautiful rooms with lovely furniture and comfortable beds.Wonderful bathroom ! Everything very nice and clean !

It is a bit too far to the busstop. The restaurant was only open at the weekends and it was difficult to find a good restaurant nearby

The staff was very proffesionell and always very freindly and traying to help us in every way

Please arrange a service of shuttle to/from the city or the nearest subway station. Walking with luggages under the rain it's not fun. Take care of cleaning of the rooms.

The only thing that I could say it's good si its location. Sleeping on a boat it is something I could not forget.

The first room was to small for two people. We got a new one, but there were some bad things. Starting from temperature, we were in October and there was no heating in the room. The air conditioning system was stopped. Second thing, room cleaning wasn't so good. The bathroom shows clearly if you clean or not. The breakfast wasn't so good nor with a broad choice.

Apart going to the subway, in that period there was nothing. The location should be funny enough in summer, but in autumn there is a desert around the boat.
