    En relacion calidad precio esta muy bien.

    Lo peor del hotel es el servicio de limpieza.

    La situación no es centrica pero no es mala zona.

    Limpio y la relación claidad-precio no es mala.

    El ruido, las escaleras y que bueno el precio no da para más.

    Mejorar el acceso a las habitaciones.

    hotel staff was prompt and courteous in offering a better room at same price;

    our room needed to be changed, because someone had broken the glass window in the shared bathroom the replacement room's bathroom cold water tap did not work

    right on tram line, very convenient; close to major museums, parks, services

    Room warm and clean. On one of the main tram routes (no 2).

    Small and oddly shaped - bathroom door wouldn't fully open as it hit the corner of the bed. Very little storage facility for clothes (kept in suitcase) - no kettle - had to ask reception for hairdryer.
