    Hotel is an excellent location - Unicorn just in front of the hotel in the harbour, Discovery within walking distance, town centre within walking distance. Five minutes drive from airport. Free parking at hotel. Currently working on upgrading waterfront but still a magnificent view of the Tay bridge from our window. Excellent buffet breakfast. Courteous and pleasant staff - very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend.

    the hotel is well situated for the centre of dundee,has good parking facilities,offers excellent accomodation and facilities.The staff are friendly and welcoming,even at 6am when am checking out.Room was meticulously clean and was very happy with the cost.Would without question recommend this hotel to anyone staying in dundee

    the only negative comment would be that the bar seating area feels a bit small when its busy.This is a popular hotel and may have become a victim of its own success there.

    Hotel was lovely. Elna checked us in and was very helpful and friendly.

    Pity about the scenery in Dundee, there's not much to do there.

    We found the hotel to be clean, very comfortable, excellent staff always a smile, polite and very helpfull. Rooms were large with queen size beds and 42ich flatscreen TVs with sky tv.The room was very clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was good size, clean, fresh towels daily and toilteries provided. Everything yoy need was provided including hairdryer, fridge and an iron and ironing table.

    I found no negative comments about this hotel and will deffinnetly stay there on future visits.

    Enjoyed a one night stay. Room comfortable and very clean with good view. Food good and staff very friendly. Enjoyed a spa treatment and therapist very thorough. Will definitely be back.

    Had to get up in the middle of the night to switch noisy heating control from 'auto' to off!
