    Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Londres, con buen servicio, limpieza y buen desayuno continental.

    No tiene muchas zonas comerciales a su alrededores

    Power failed in originally allocated room 256. Relocated to room 421 in early hours of morning. Discovered air conditioning was not working in room 421. Room was uncomfortably cold the following night. Offered to move room again when engineer could not remedy, however, was too much of an inconvenience to move room once again. Expect electrics/air con to work better in a 4* hotel, or at least be checked in advance of room allocation. Maybe this was just bad luck, but puts me off booking this hotel again.
