Aparthotel Montehabana

Buen servicio, buena calidad.

Situado en una zona tranquila, acudí con mi novia para hacer turismo durante unos días. Habitación limpia y grande, aparta-hotel con buenas instalaciones y trato fenomenal. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

NO SABEN TRATAR AL TURISMO, LA MAYORIA SON MALENCARADOS A MENOS QUE LOS CONOZCAS, POR LO GENERAL PARA TODO HAY UN PROBLEMA, DESDE UNA TOALLA, UN TENEDOR, UN VASO O ALGO COMO UNA ALMOHADA

Cheap room, reasonable facilities. Walk out of the montehabana, across the lawn to the Hotel Occidental (who own the montehabana). Use their tennis courts, pool, wifi etc. If you book a Bed and breakfast at Montehabana, your breakfast will be the same buffet served at Hotel Occidental. So basically you get all their facilities but with a cheaper room rate.

Street noise - but this is a reflection on Havana, not the hotel. People like to beep horns often, and cars are louder due to worn out exhaust pipes which owners can't afford to replace. Cleanliness - The floor hadn't seen a mop in a while. Otherwise OK. The housekeeping was very friendly, left me a gift at the end of the week and did not ask for or expect a tip..

Kein Schimmel im Badezimmer und recht sauber - eine Seltenheit in kubanischen Hotels ! Die Einrichtung ist noch recht neu und in gutem Zustand.

Erstes Zimmer roch modrig, wir konnten allerdings wechseln und das nächste war sauber und trocken. Im Supermarkt wurden die Getränkeflaschen nicht eingetippt, weil angeblich der Scanner nicht funktionierte. Daraufhin wurde per Taschenrechner der doppelte Preis eingetippt! Am Pool: Sehr, sehr langsamer Service, stellen nur auf Anfrage eine Rechnung aus und wirtschaften in die eingene Tasche. Meistens unmotivierte und reservierte Angestellte. Lächeln und Freundlichkeit kaum erlebt, bis auf eine Rezeptionistin. Genereller Hinweis für Havanna: Immer Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit prüfen. Bei uns wurde bei jedem Einkauf versucht zu betrügen.

Conoscevo gia' la struttura per averla visitata durante un mio precedente viaggio ad Havana. La camera era pulita ed accogliente.Alcuni piccoli problemi sono stati risolti in giornata dal manutentore. Il depliant metteva tra le attrezzature della camera anche ferro da stiro ed asse ma all'arrivo mi comunicarono che non era in dotazione alla camera, solo all'appartamento. Alla mia richiesta pero' me lo hanno gentilmente portato il giorno dopo. Ritornero' sicuramente al Montehabana, scegliendo pero' l'appartamento in quanto le camere non hanno balcone.
