lno está bien indicada la entrada del hotel, porque está en un edificio compartido con otras viviendas. Al estar en un primer piso tiene varios tramos de escalera para llegar y no hay ascensor, por lo que se hace muy costoso subir las maletas. se ve que es un edificio muy antiguo que necesita de reformas y más limpieza.

Very clean and friendly! Really enjoyed the stay, rooms were very clean staff was really helpful and the hotel had a fantastic family feel! Definately gonna use it again

Overall, we felt the hotel was good value and we enjoyed our stay.

Although have marked 3 on points above, we enjoyed staying at the hotel. As a converted pensione we appreciated the character and charm of the place and that this restricted the level of amenities that could be offered. The staff were relaxed and friendly but professional also.

The TV didn't work very well - not a major issue but a bit irritating. Quality of the food was fine but the range was particularly small - however, again, a reflection that it is a small hotel.

Everything in Florence - location was fantastic.

visit gusta pizza and the piazza spirito santo for great trattorias

great location, helpful friendly staff, off the main tourist drag, beautiful if slightly shabby building

slightly shabby decor,dated but clean and functional bathrooms, untidy in places - tourist leaflets etc,and poor breakfast - hard rolls, dry croissants and uber strong coffee!

All the major sights only a walk away - delightful location
