Todo el hotel nos pareció fantástico. Muy buena situación, con parada de metro en la puerta. La relación calidad-precio es buenísima, es un auténtico hotel de 4 estrellas. La comida de primera y el servicio un 10. Os lo recomiendo!!!!

No tiene nada malo.

Al estar cerca del arco de triunfo puedes iniciar cualquier ruta que tengas prevista. El hotel está situado en un barrio de clase alta, y muy tranquilo para pasear o tomar algo.

The rooms were never dusted.

I travelled with 2 children and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the mini bar in the room. Unfortunately my food (Mainly milk, fruit, cheese, kid's stuff) was taken out of the fridge by the chambermaid one morning, and of course, spoiled when we arrived in the evening. I contacted the reception and was then informed that I was not supposed to use the mini bar for "private purposes". I found a notice later among the spoiled food on the table saying I would be welcome to take my food to the hotel kitchen refrigerator. I found it outrageous and extremely diisrespectful. The service was terribly poor, and employees at the front desk were not kind at all. Although we tried to communicate in French most of the times, it was necessary to rephrase in English. The air conditioning system did not work properly and although I asked for assistance more than once, in 6 days, no one ever showed up to see about it. In short, I definitely do not recomend this hotel.

It is far from the main touristic attractions. You'll depend on transportation to commute.

Large modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff on Reception. Mathilde was particularly helpful to us.

Staff were not keen for customers to eat out in the courtyard for breakfast. By 9.30am they were rushing to set up the tables for lunch and made you feel unwelcome. The courtyard is such a lovely place to have breakfast in good weather so surely the staff could wait until 10.00am, when breakfast was over, to start setting the tables for lunch. We could see that it annoyed a lot of people.

Great restaurant 2 doors down called Bistro at 17em. Good food at reasonable (for Paris!!) price. Also many other bars and restaurants. Metro also very close by.

Parkeergarage bij hotel (tegen betaling).

Netjes en schoon. Continentaal ontbijt met veel keuze. Zeer dicht bij metrostation. Prima verblijf gehad.

In de buurt van het hotel zelf is weinig te doen qua café's e.d. Dat is jammer als je na de laatste metro, dicht bij het hotel nog even een borreltje wilt doen.

Arc de Triomphe, Champs d'Elysees, etc. (nog wel minstens 10 minuten lopen).
