limpieza y comportamiento de los trabjadores impecables.

Aparte del pequeño inconveniente de tener la habitación en un sexto piso, lo que al parecer generaba que el agua tuviera dificultad al llegar a la ducha, solo me queda mencionar que no entendimos porque el pan de los desayunos de la mañana no fuera recien hecho.es una pena con lo delicioso que es una baguette de pain frais!

HABITACION MUY PEQUEÑA PARA 2 PERSONAS Y ERA 1 6º PISO SIN ASCENSOR.desayuno,situacion,amabilidad del personal,baño,calefaccion CORRECTO.

Didn't have a lift & did not make this obvious on the site. I had a heavy bag & had been put on the 5th floor. A friend of the receptionist did help me with my bag eventually as there were no rooms available on the other floors.

Reception couldn't find my reservation when I checked in & were going to charge me even though I had already paid online. They said I would have to take this up with the agent I booked through. They eventually found the booking after 30 mins & did apologise. Not ideal for a one night stay & I'm sure other people in that situation would have ended up paying twice!

No lift! Very, very hot in reception and where we had breakfast Ceiling light in our room did not work Would have liked a hook to hold the hand set in the shower

When I complained calmly and reasonably about the room (a) I had asked for 3 single beds and was given a double and single; b) No hot water one morning) I was subjected to abuse, rudeness and aggression in a loud voice by a particular member of staff (Roger). This happened in front of other guests. When I asked to speak to a Manager I was told 'later' or 'soon' but no-one arrived for 3 days and then did nothing. This caused upset and anxiety to myself and my children. This same member of staff deliberately ignored us or 'grunted' when we asked him for service. Other staff were pleasant but as he was 'front of house' it meant we were anxious about meeting him every time we came in the hotel. The hotel had no lift and very steep stairs and no help was offered with baggage. It was more of a hostel really. The room was small and cleanliness not of a very high standard.

etwas langsames Personal beim Frühstück, Abflüsse im Badezimmer haben sehr gerochen!
