El personal y el servicio muy amables y agradables

La habitación tenia humedad y el papel estaba levantado de la parte inferior y eso que era la tercera planta

sono stato riprotetto in un altro hotel (hotel il principe)

bien situado ,trato agradable del personal

la decoración de las habitacione me ha parecido algo barrocas

SI VOLVIERA A VENECIA, SIN DUDA ME VOLVERÍA A ALOJAR ÁQUÍ, YA QUE LA MAYORÍA DE HOTELES SON MÁS ANTIGUOS, MUCHO MÁS CAROS Y NI SIQUERA TIENEN ASCENSOR.

HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADO A 3 MINUTOS DE LA ESTACION DE TRENES SANTA LUCÍA, Y A 5 MINUTOS DE LA PIAZZALE ROMA, DESDE DONDE PARTEN LOS AUTOBUSES PARA EL AEROPUERTO Y PARA LA TERMINAL DEL PUERTO (CRUCEROS) . ESTÁ EN UNA CALLE MUY COMERCIAL, CERCA DEL GRAN CANAL, A 20 MINUTOS DE LA PLAZA SAN MARCOS Y A 15 DEL PUENTE RIALTO. TIENE ASCENSOR, CAJA FUERTE. DESAYUNO COMPLETO Y MUY BUENO.

HOTEL ANTIGUO, COMO TODOS EN VENECIA, PERO MUY BIEN CIUDADO Y LIMPIO. LA HABITACION ERA MUY PEQUEÑA, PERO EL TIEMPO QUE ESTUVIMOS EN ELLA FUE MÍNIMO. EL BAÑO TENÍA DUCHA FIJA EN LA PARED, SIN BAÑERA Y ESO ES UN POCO INCÓMODO. HAY QUE CERRAR LA PUERTA DE LA HABITACIÓN CON LLAVE DE LAS ANTIGUAS AUNQUE ESTÉS DENTRO Y POR SUPUESTO CADA VEZ QUE TE VAS.

PASEAR POR LAS CALLES DE VENECIA, CONTEMPLANDO LOS CANALES Y SUS PUENTES. IR DE COMPRAS.

Muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de tren de Venecia S. Lucia y a un agradable paseo del centro(s. marco, rialto). Muy buen trato. Ningún problema.

Perfecto para una visita de findesemana a Venecia.

Very clean large room, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, very convenient location for shops and water excursions. Near to bus and train stations. Nice lobby and garden area.

Not a negative, but would have liked the bar open in the evening and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent location with regard to the grand canal, many superb shops and restaurants close by, as well as proximity to airport boat stop, train station and bus station.

The hotel was very warm, which was much welcomed after a day's exploring in the winter.

We would have liked more fresh fruit at brekfast and a greater choice of cooked items - only egg and bacon and ham were on offer.

Although staff at reception pleasant enough. bedding really nice white clean top cover worked.

room colour scheme bit hard on mood, curtains needed clean, but we could hear talking from other rooms and hallway, also need glass screen on bath as shower curtain sticks to you as you shower. breakfast for a four star service really bad no greeting self service coffee etc feel 4 star should have more table service. no other chance to get coffee /tea through day although garden no drinks of food available.

Amadeus is an excellent hotel and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is my second visit to the hotel. It will not be my last.

If I was to be critical it would be really nice to have a licencesd bar available to have a drink before going to dinner, or alternatively for a 'nightcap' on return.

The hotel is at the heart of 'vibrant hub' of Venice day to day life. The pubic water bus service is within two minutes walk, which takes you to all the sights. There are restaurnts and bars within seconds of the hotel, all of good standard with prices that vary according to personal budget.
