The hotel is built in the style of an Ottoman mansion and has an impressive courtyard with ceramic tiled walls and many attractive artefacts decorating the walls and rooms. There are a total of 45 rooms at this charming beach hotel. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom. Guests can dine in the terrace restaurant or enjoy a drink in the indoor bar. Further facilities include a small mini market, wireless Internet access, a laundry service (for a fee) and a car park.

The hotel is set in an elevated position with great views over the Aegean Sea. The nearest beach is 200 metres away, where there is a beach club and a couple of small beachside restaurants. Kusadasi's popular port, where international cruise ships call in, is 1 km from the hotel and a pleasant walk from the hotel by the seaside. There are also a number of bars at the port. Links to the public transport network are directly in front of the hotel and there are plenty of shops about a 10-minute walk away. Local nearby attractions include Pigeon Island and Dilek National Park. Adnan Menderes Airport is about 75 km away.
