Very friendly and efficient staff on duty 24/7. The quality of the room was superb, smallish but standard for UK hotel room
sizes, and definitely not cramped. Bed very comfortable, and rooms clean. No noticeable road noise (as with other big city
hotels). Location excellent - 2 minutes walk from Times Square and other metro stations, 10-15 minutes to central park. Hotel
bar pricey but very popular.

Nothing bad to say about our stay at this hotel!
Centrally located for shopping on 5th Avenue, very close to Times Square and theatres on Broadway. Easy walk to metro stations and only 15 minutes by train to financial district through rest of downtown Manhatten. Close enough to central park to walk.
