Proximo a aeropuerto. Se puede llegar caminando.
No tenía cortinas en la habitación. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacia muchisimo calor.

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle service to and from the airport was useful to us and very prompt. The restaurant was very good. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower arrangements were dreadful ! One could not avoid getting the entire bathroom wet in the process of having a shower, which made subsequent use very awkward.

Excellent service from the moment I called from the airport and I was picked promptly. The reception desk was very helpful in more ways than I expected.
The young waitress in the breakfast room was very rude and unhelpful. She should not servre people if she cannot be civil. The slightly older lady was much more helpful but she appeared in the room when I was finishing my breakfast.

Very near train/tube station and airport
The hotel is between a dual carriageway and busy train track so very, very noisy day and night.
Absolutely nothing but close to tubes and airport
The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.
