EL PARKING ES COMO UNA LOTERIA: "SI ENCUENTRA VD. SITIO ES GRATIS Y SI NO PUES APARQUE EN LOS PARKINGS CERCANOS PAGANDO" . LOGICAMENTE SIEMPRE ESTA OCUPADO Y ENCONTRAR UN HUECO PARA APARCAR ES COMO ENCONTRAR UNA AGUJA EN UN PAJAR. AL FINAL ME COSTÓ UN DINERO ADICIONAL EL APARCAMIENTO.POR OTRO LADO LA PISCINA SE CIERRA A LAS 18 HORAS. CREO QUE EN PLENO VERANO ES UNA HORA MUY PRONTA, CON LA CALOR QUE HACE.

good location although can be noisy with constant traffic to the marina. Staff worked very hard and were very professional

our corridor constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. Would be nice to have tea making facilities in the room

beach, land train, boat trips, tivoli world , good public transport

no entertainment to speak of

promenade walks,sea excursions,beaches,buses& trains to other costa del sol locations,night time entertainment in bars etc.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, hotel in a prime location, close to the beach, the marina, shops and bars/restaurants. Rooms were clean and all our requests were met. Would recommend this hotel highly.

when i looked online about the hotels facilities , all i have read impressed me , hence made me book and pay without thinking twice, all i knew about the hotel was its great location, as we wanted to stay in that area, when i got there , the room was hot for a couple of days which made us change it, and facilities were missing ( table tennis mentioned on site , not available ) , pool table was poorly located with bad heating and very poor que's and balls were missing , and room didnt impress me much for a 4 star hotel, one of the reception staff was rude and not friendly at all, and another was the opposite whom was on the night shift which helped alot, i'd like to think i am a fair evaluater and person, but i had expectations in regards to this hotel , but sadly got better service and facilities in previous 3 star hotels, for 75 pounds a night, we expected better , hope the above helps , take care.

Very disappointed in bedroom for a 4 star hotel, needs refurbished, should have a mini bar / freeze, hairdryer didn't work. When i arrived there was no record of my booking , gentleman on reception was extremely gruff, wouldn't stay there again.
