    Close proximity to Rialto bridge area with all landmarks within easy walking distance. Easy public transfer from airport by bus/waterbus. Close to water bus stop. Good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Quality shops close by. Adequate continental breakfast.

    No lift and five floors. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Small charge for left luggage and no secure area provided. Restaurant closed.

    All visitor attractions within walking distance or frequent water bus service.

    Bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel was in great location. Bed was very comfortable.

    Check in was poor, did not tell us the breakfast procedure, no tea or coffee in room.

    Good location and character. Friendly staff. Good size room

    Mmmm, none of our European power adaptors would work - pins spaced differently to normal adaptor. Extractor fan not working

    Boat ride on Grand Canal 20 metres away. Rialto market 100 metres. Lots to see round nearly every corner

    we only had one over night say , on arrival reception plesant room dark but clean, but really good sound proof did not hear a sound from others. breakfast everything you required plesant man available to get anything required. yes small plesant hotel.

    central position excellent......price/value very goodlovley interior decor

    we had requested a 'quiet' room, but unfortunatley we were dissappointed because we were placed in the room classed as 'superior' situated directly opposite the 'noisy' breakfast room.....it was very disturbing at an early hour of the morning when staff were preparing breakfasts. we had to suffer this for 4 mornings. the staff
