Comida muy mal

Muy lejos de las playas. Muy cerca de la autovia con el consiguiente ruido de los vehiculos. Pisicina demasiado pequeña, con las instalaciones demasiado destartaladas en tumbonas y sombrillas.

Está bien situado y en general es aceptable.

La cocina es bastante mala´algunos dias devolvimos el plato sin comer nada, por lo mala que estaba la comida.

Buena calidad de las omidas

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. En tres dias no se limpio ni una sola vez

La autovia está um poco cerca aunque no molesta en exceso

Visitar las cuevas de Nerja y las playas de Maro

Instalacion de fontaneria en mal estado pues se salia el agua por el bote sifonico al hacer uso de desagues de los diferentes elementos sel cuarto de baño,provocando incluso malos olores en la habitacion.

This was our second stay so we already knew it was a very nice hotel. And the staff, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful. They speak good English (and German too, i think) Its a small hotel so you can get to know the staff, who are lovely The food was fantastic. A very good choice in both set menu (very good value) and a la carte. Even when we got back to the hotel very late at night, ther was a night manager who could get us a drink if we wanted. All in all a fantastic experience and we will go back next year.

Visit the famous Cuervas (underground caves) nearby pretty village of Maro. Nerja, the nearest town, with plenty of bars, restaurant and shops and big choice of beaches

This is an excellent budget hotel. Its not 5 star but you arent paying 5 star prices. You get a very clean room, pleasant staff and food that is cooked for you. We never strayed off the set menu and always had a good choice and standard of food. Cant fault that. All in all a very enjoyable experience

The breakfast choice was a little sparse and when items ran out(some mid week) they werent replaced at all for the duration of our stay. It was commeted on by others too. It would have been nice to have been shown into your room on arrival and the process of the hotel and facilities explained. We are seasoned travellers so for us we just 'find out' but other people were critical of the lack of communication.

You wot do anything without a car. I always pick one upat the airport and we travel the whole time. Nerja is nicely placed to visit a large chunk of the Costa. The caves are literally 100 yeards up the road and the old aquaduct is across from the hotel. Its a nice place to find relaxing baches and tremendous coastal drives.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and it was dissappointing to see a much lower overall standard of service during this visit.

Some friendly and helpful staff Good sized rooms Near to motorway with easy access

Seems to be cost cutting for winter or recession For example, towels not changed until requested during a one week visit, breakfast lacking food items that were available but we had to request them, broken day bed and hairdryer in the room on arrival, room door left open on two occassions after cleaning during one week, minimum staff available at meal times which lead to slow service, noticeable difference in speed of meal service for half -board customers versus a la carte.

With a car Nerja and the surrounding resorts are easy to access.
