Pleasant staff in reception

Bad window, noise in the night TV did not play, nothing happend about my three requests

Fantastic possition near the historical center - possible go by foot everywhere. The station of metro about 50 metras.

Overall a good hotel in an excellent location.

we stayed in room 1 on the 7th floor. It had a front balcony, fridge, hair dryer, spacious room and air conditioning. The ladys on reception were very polite and helpfull.

The man on reception had a strange attitude. The floor in our room and the stairs carpet was a little dirty. Breakfast basic but better than nothing.

2 mins walk to the Colloseum, 10 mins walk to the Main Train Station(Termini). Bus stop and Metro within 1 mins walk. Pizza and souvenir shops within 1 mins walk.

- hotel staff were immediately eager to help, - perfect localisation (Coloseum 3 minute walk from the Adas hotel, the same distance to Roman Forum, lots of shops, gelateries, restaurants and snackbars, 2 minute walk to the nearest subway station), - nutritive and tasty breakfast (milk and corn flakes, jams, toasts, crossaints, sort of cofies), we have heard that some hotels ration food for their guests, thank God it did not happen in Adas hotel, everybody was eating as he liked to, - both room and bathroom were clean, new furtnitures, shower cabin quite small but it was just a little getting used to,

- some of hotel employees were smoking in reception (we could smell it even in the room), - only two women had fluent grasp of English, the others had not a clue what we were talking to them, - quite noisy street behind the window but it is Rome's reality, noise is everywhere there,

- everything we were aching to do, sightseeing and shoping at hand, needless to say that considerable number of Roman and medieval monuments was reachable after short walk,

Very clean. Central. Nice coffee at breakfast.

Lumpy beds. On a very busy, very noisy - at all hours of the day and night - road.

Everything you would want to do in Rome was easily accesible from this hotel - most within walking distance.

The main asset of this Hotel is its position close to the centre. I found the atmosphere of the hotel a bit dated. It was clean but it needed to be fresher and the breakfast needs improving.

Le positionnement de l'hôtel est parfait : proche du Colisée, de plusieurs stations de métro, de la gare Termini, il est le point de départ idéal d'une balade à Rome ! Le rapport qualité/prix était parfait : chambres propres et simples, nous ne comptions pas y passer la journée, tout cela était largement suffisant quand on souhaite faire du tourisme et passer peu de temps dans sa chambre !

Chambre très simple mais confortable, bonne qualité des lits. Propreté. Prix attractif et séjour très correct malgré quelques inconvénients dont le bruit.

Le seul et gros inconvénient est le bruit de la rue. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue et nous n'avons vraiment pas dormi la première nuit. Nous avons pensé demander à la réception de nous changer de chambre mais lorsque nous sommes allé prendre le petit déjeuner au dernier étage, nous avons remarqué que toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue (rue Cavour beaucoup de trafic). Nous avons donc investi dans l'achat de boules quiès et à notre grande surprise pour notre première expériende boules quiès, nous avons super bien dormi le reste de notre séjour! Mauvaise indication pour l'eau chaude dans notre chambre (il y avait un interrupteur pour mettre en marche le chauffe eau mais qui ne se voyait presque plus et nous nous sommes retrouvés 2 fois sans eau chaude avant de remarquer l'interrupteur). Salle de petit déjeuner très petite et bruyante.
