The room (once cleaned) was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of a good standard.
When we got there their computer system had crashed so they could not tell if we had a reservation. When we entered our room it had not been cleaned from the previous guests, then another couple walked into our hotel room after being given the keys. When the computer system was up and running again they rang through to our room to see who was staying in that particular room - at 2:00a.m. in the morning!!

Get an I Amsterdam card if you're stayoing for a while and are planning on doing a lot in Amsterdam - good value for money.
The hotel was great value for money and I hadn't expected such a great room. The staff were friendly and really welcoming -nothing was too much trouble.
There was no lift - no real trouble getting up the stairs, though. Can hear everyone on the stairs, which didn't bother us but just to warn you!
Plenty of bars and retaurants. Near the tram stop. 15 minute walk from town centre.

Prima plek om te verblijven: dichtbij de 'hotspots'
Warrige check-in .... Kamer/badkamer mooi gerenoveerd, maar écht klein: veel te hoge prijs voor gebodene.

Accueil professionnel et aimable. Bonne situation géographique. Décor sobre et moderne, TV, distributeur boissons et confiseries. Chambre et sanitaires petit mais fonctionnels et très propres (critère essentiel). Double pommeau de douche agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et buffet régulièrement garni jusqu'à sa fermeture par un personnel attentif.
Globalement aucun: nous recommanderons l'adresse. - Un petit bémol: l'ampoule de la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas - Les lits jumeaux: pas de souvenir d'avoir pu choisir option lit double lors de la réservation Internet.
