    Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone made me welcome from reception to the bar staff to the waiters and the girls cleaning the rooms.

    Catherdral, shops, museum all within a very short walk

    everything about the hotel is lovely, we've been there 4 times within the year and always had a great time.

    Reception very good and helpful

    Restaurant "lost" breakfast order of eggs benedict for 45 minutes. When it came, it had been "thrown" together and was barely edible. Following morning - 15 minutes to deliver coffee and toast. Claimed busy, but seemed to me to be disorganised and totally unresponsive to single table occupancy. Room very noisy. Room cleaning request not actioned after 4 hours.

    It was friendly, relaxed, beautifully furnished and spacious. The staff could not have been more helpful, breakfast was amazing and the champagne bar has a great atmosphere.
