La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable.
Los precios del minibar son muy caros. El desayuno tiene un precio muy alto.

After some months (with quite a number of week-end Accomodations there) of familiarity with Castilla-Plaza facilities, must admit that some members of the Staff (specially front-desk night Recept. Señor Don Abel Martinez) have admirably taken care of this customer. I would gladly leave again in their able hands anyone of my foreign-visiting Relatives and Aquaintances, confident of the very best treatment they are going to receive on behalf of the Hôtelier.
Lack of ventilation mars this otherwise perfectly allright Hotel: fainted myself on an armchair at the Cafeteria after some minutes of dizyness, just to be waken up thereafter by the tender who reprimanded me in public with loud voices. Rooms were not better oxygenated either: amidst some light headache, constant nausea and extreme perspiration spent long hours of nightmare without the little benefit of any rest at all. Unless thunderstorm pushes fresh air through the window, don´t expect Air Cond machinery to provide the inner athmosphere with any renovation or whatsoever: the "closed-circuit" Air re-circulation is the convenient (and far more economical) choice of the Management apparently. NOT ACCEPTABLE in my humble opinion nowadays

Hotel muy bien comunicado, limpio, insonorizado y totalmente recomendable. Cafetería sencilla, pero con buen desayuno y servicio esmerado.Personal de recepción amable y profesional. Buena relación calidad/precio

Lo mejor de este hotel es la ubiacion ya que tienes metro y la estacion de autobuses cruzando la calle.

hotel muy bien situado, con boca de metro al cruzar la calle, zona tranquila pero con bares, restaurantes etc, buena comunicacion para entrar y salir de Madrid, Limpieza, atencion etc, acorde a categoria. Relacion calidad-precio muy buena.

Le pedi a una trabajadora de la recepción que me diera la habitación 505, pues es una habitación más grande y que me habian dado semanas atrás. La recepcionista me dijo que la 505 estaba ocupada, pero que me daba la 507 que era igual de espaciosa y estaba libre. La verdad es que eso era mentira, me dieron una habitación más pequeña. Creo que si no tenían habitaciones de ese estilo no hacia falta decirme una mentira, bastaba con decir que no tenian habitaciones de ese tamaño y ya estaba. Creo que no está bien engañar a un cliente de esa manera.
