Staff were professional,courteous and lovely.
Nothing negative to say.
Visit St Mark's Square,go on a Gondola ride,eat at Burger King or Italian pizzeria place next door to it which was the equivalent of Pizza Hut.

at the time of year we went it was great value, am sure in the summer the prices are reflected. and its cost a lot more however the hotel is of a very high standard
Although the room were very nice the shower arrangement could have been better with them only having a hand held shower or the rain fall head. We felt the standard of the bathroom was very high but that just let it down. Also the pillows were very hard we did mention this to the hotel staff who informed us that other guests had also commented.
