    Muy centrico y muy agradable. Muy bien mantenido y personal muy atento y profesional.

    Imaginenese en la Gran Via de Madrid, todo lo que usted desee.

    Perfect location!! Only 5 minutes walking to supermarket, shoppingstores, metro & restaurants. The rooms was small, but clean. Good "free" wireless internet connection. Nice staff. We (2 adult & 3 years old) enjoyed our 4 days stay.

    Airconditioning switch button was not in the room. Just one request by phone and the airco was switched on.

    Everything we need to see and do was near the hotel. +/- 25,- euro to the airport by taxi.

    Excellent value hotel, very central, very pleasant staff. Couple of items in room broken but quickly repaired. Would definitely recommend.

    El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad, del metro y auto bus. calidad precio esta muy bien y con el desayuno incluido. Lo recomiendo también también para largas estancias.

    OTTIMO HOTEL SITUATO IN UNA POSIZIONE STRATEGICA. VICINO A TUTTE LE ZONE PIU' INTERESSANTI DI MADRID. NOTEVOLE IL RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO. GENTILISSIMO IL PERSONALE E PULIZIA DELLE CAMERE DAVVERO SUPERIORE ALLA MEDIA. MI SENTO DI RACCOMANDARLO A TUTTI, ANCHE ALLE FAMIGLIE PERCHE', MALGRADO SI TROVI NELLE VICINANZE DI NUMEROSI LOCALI, LE STANZE SONO DOTATE DI DOPPI VETRI PER CUI ESTREMAMENTE SILENZIOSE

    SI TROVA PRATICAMENTE SULLA GRAN VIA. TUTTO E' VICINO, LA FERMATA DEL BUS PANORAMICO E' PRATICAMENTE ATTACCATA. CI SONO NELLE VICINANZE OTTIMI RISTORANTI E LOCALI DOVE TRASCORRERE LA SERATA. LE PIAZZE PIU' FAMOSE DI MADRID SONO RAGGIUNGIBILI FACENDO UNA BREVE PASSEGGIATA.

    Les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs étaient absolument insupportables. J'avais l'impression de dormir sous un bowling. Jusqu'au petit matin, les gens se douchaient en laissant tomber la douche dans la baignoire et claquaient les portes. Des scènes de bagarres et de fête se sont déroulées toutes la nuit sauf le dimanche matin de 8 h à 9 h. Le portier de nuit m'indiqua que j'aurais dû opter pour des protections auditives couvrant 35 décibels, que c'était ainsi en ville. Avis aux amateurs.

    Es wäre schön, wenn es zum Frühstück auch die typischen spanischen Churros geben würde. Ansonsten war alle bestens. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde wiederkommen.
