Further amenities include a double- or king-size bed, radio, minibar, microwave and individually regulated air conditioning/heating. Superior and Deluxe yachts are provided with a private terrace.

During the day, the property is reached by Vaporetto (water bus) number 41 or 42 or Alilaguna from Marco Polo Airport. The nearest stop is Certosa, next to the property, which must be requested. This stop also has services to Piazza San Marco and Venice Santa Lucia Station. A private water taxi from/to Venice Marco Polo Airport can also be arranged. From 8.30 pm onwards, the property provides a free shuttle service from the Sant'Elena stop. A taxi service is also available on request and at an additional cost.
