Como el resto de la zona está "invadido" por ingleses, alemanes...

Habitaciones grandes, buena relación calidad-precio

Sólo limpian la habitación cada 2 días. Todo es en inglés (carteles, animación...)

Pasear por el puerto o ir a la playa. (Si no la parada de autobús está al lado para ir a Palma. Magaluf, etc...)

Extremely friendly staff - clean rooms - nice swimming pool! We were here early May and it was very quite - we enjoyed it very much! Easy to reach by bus and really fast to airport by taxi (20 minutes / 30 euro). A lot of buses towards the more lively part of the coast (cheap only 1,45 euro p.p. for a single fare). Some small supermarkets in the direct surroundings of the hotel and a mega-supermarket on a 20 minute walk (5 minutes by bus). Footpaths are great for walking!

Cleean rooms, friendly reception, speedy check-in and check-out, big pool + childrens pool and plenty of sunbeds. 10 minutes walk form a small, but nice beach at Marineland. Seaview from most of the rooms.

Walls as thin as paper, beds not very comfortable

We were transfered from Tomir to Bouganvilla Santa Ponsa less than one week before we were due to fly. but we were satisfied with the appartment we recieved instead.

There were a lot of facilities for my 8 year old son, pool table, table tennis arcade, internet games.as well as the pool, football court, tennis/ basketball court. Our sun terrace also had loungers on which was great when our baby was asleep in the appartment we could still appreciate the sun.

The entertainment didn't start till 10pm which was too late for my 6 month old. The furniture in the living room in the appartment needed and update (sofa), kitchen cupboards.

The beach was 10 min walk. nearest shops were right outside the door. 5 min walk to shops bars and restaurants. taxi's are not too expensive to go to surrounding towns.

Easy access to the bus services for Palma etc. We used to walk (about 2km) to the large supermarket on the outskirts of Palma Nova to buy our food as the supermarkets within the resort were slightly more expensive. It was also set in a very quiet location. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families with younger children. We would stay there again but having no young children we would not stay there during school holiday time.......

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower tap (it came off) and it was fixed within 2 hours. Plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for clothing. The hotel was situated within 500 metres of the beach, and the marina of Puerto Portals. Good entertainment laid on for children.

An information pack in the hotel room would have been useful but there was one at the reception desk. We did feel the furnishings in our room could have been refurbished as the coverings on the day beds were a little dated and the curtain liners needed renewing.

The beach, the marina - Palma Nova was within walking distance (if you wanted that type of holiday). "Marineland" was with 500m (again, more family orientated).

The location is very good - close to supermarkets, beach and close to Puerto Portals. The rooms (3-4 pers) has a good size. No charge for using the sunbeds.

The beds are not very good.

Wij hebben genoten van het 5 persoons appartement en het prachtige zwembad. komen graag weer en/of zullen familie en of vrienden inlichten.
