Muy buena situación, personal de recepción muy agradable y facilitador; tuvimos un trato muy amistoso con Virginia.

La habitación que da a la plaza tiene en el balcón un foco que, unido a la iluminación de las farolas de la plaza, hace imposible el dejar abiertas las cortinas. Resulta muy molesto

Totalmente recomendable, sobre todo para familias que quieran pasar unos dias tranquilos y en una de las mejores zonas de Nerja, pegando al mar.

Situación y entorno. Amplitud y comodidad de habitaciones. Atención del personal, tanto en persona como telefonicamente. Muy buen servicio de buffet en desayuno.

Dificultad de acceso a personas con limitación de movilidad al encontrarse en una zona peatonal, y tener una entrada a traves de un callejón en cuesta y con suelo empedrado.

Pasear por las calles del pueblo, deleitarse de las vistas que hay desde el Balcón de Europa. No pude hacerlo pero creo que merece la pena conocer la cueva de Nerja.

A good deal of restaurants. Beach.

Clean hotel,next to Balcon de Europa and close to beach.The studio room we had looked over the pool and had a small sunny balcony(afternoon)" 2 single beds and the best quality fold down sofa bed I've ever used.Small kitchenette with gas hob,microwave oven,fridge, electric kettle and toaster.Overall quite good quality fixtures and fittings and tv and air con of course.Paid £75.00 per night for triple room in July.Quiet,even although its right in the centre of where most people like to gather at night.Nerja...a pleasant place,no louts!

ideally situated in the centre of town but the sea view studio room was also quiet. Nicely decorated with all the kitchen basics you would need. Staff spoke perfect english and were very friendly and helpful.

Eventhough we did not book a sea view room, the receptionist was very kind to us by giving a room with a spectacular view of the coast. The hotel is central and very close to all the hot spots in Nerja. Don't expect too much in terms of the decoration of the room but it was spotless clean and has a private terrace with a nice view. The only negative thing was the receptionist who was a bit impatient about the check-out time. We were told that we could check-out at 13:00 when we arrived but they rushed us to check out at 12:00. apart from that, everything was fine.

We stayed for 7 days, on 4 occations we had no hot water. we were told 'not enough sun' !. we were asked not to put paper down the toilet, but to put it in a bin provided, but the bin was only emptied twice in the 7days,( at times it was quite smelly) but staff and location were very good.
