a A LONG WALK UP A VERY STEEP HILL. b A 60 EURO DEPOSIT IN CASE OF ROOM DAMAGE. c 3.50 EUROS PER DAY FOR ENGLISH TV WHICH DID NOT INCLUDE BBC2 OR C4 AND IT DIDN'T WORK FOR 3 OUT OF 7 DAYS.

NOTHING. IT'S IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN THEN BACK UP THAT EXTREMELY STEEP HILL TO GET TO ANYTHING.

the hotel and the staff are excellent, this was our 4th visit and we plan on returning next year.

the hotel is at the top of an incline, but the bus runs at a regular interval and is quite cheap.

you have to go into the town for shopping or restaurants.

Situated in a quiet area of Benidorm

Shops, beach etc 20 minute walk from hotel

Spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Apartments were well equipt. In a quiet area so no late night bars

Quite a walk from the centre but there is a bus service if needed

Drive or get a taxi to Benidorm station and go to denia on the train- good fun and great scenery also very cheap.

Looked to be recently re-furbished / decorated through out. Rooms extremely clean with all new full working appliancesPool / outdoor area equally as clean with no broken floor tiles. Evening entertainment - room for improvement -though ok for time of year.Friendly staff . Hotel on reliable bus route - 1 euro to go into main BenidormI can only suggest that the pool be heated (very cold)

Fantastic clean apartments with good sized rooms, pleasant staff and a good alround atmosphere.
