    EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION, INCLUIDO SU COORDINADOR TIENE UN TRATO MAGNÍFICO, NUNCA ME ENCONTRÉ CON PERSONAS TAN AMABLES Y EFICACES, TODO UN ACIERTO.

    EXCELENCIA EN EL TRATO CON LOS CLIENTES,ES MI DATO A DESTACAR, ADEMÁS DE SU BUENA UBICACION Y FACILIDADES PARA UNA ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE. ABSOLUTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

    TODO LO RELACIONADO CON DEPORTES, TANTO NAUTICOS COMO GOLF, TENIS.....TIENEN MUY BUEN POLIDEPORTIVO QUE PERTENECE A SU GRUPO.

    Necesita una reforma, las moquetas de los pasillos estan sucias y rotas, el mobiliario de las habitaciones también debería de cambiarse. Las plantas llenas de los pasillos estan mal cuidadas llenas de tierra. Me parece un precio alto para lo que es las estancias, lo que se está pagando realmente es la situación que es ideal.

    The friendly atmosphere and general efficiency of the hotel and all its staff was much appreciated.Leisure facilities, food dining facilities excellent.On a personal basis we thank Senora Fatima Nigria of Reception and Administration staff for friendly assistance.We hope to return to the Hotel in early 2011 as we enjoyed same so much and because also we loved Lanzarote. THANK YOU HOTEL and LANZAROTE.

    It was a pleasure to walk an the beach and swim in the warm sea .Early morning walks on seashore and promenade were a delight. Our visit to the volcanic National Park was a wonderful experience. Great credit is due to Regional Government for developing Park.
