Apartamento Sands Beach Resort

Las plazas con piscina son muy agradables.

Pienso que no está a la altura de las estrellas que tiene, yo le pondría menos. Necesitaría una reforma ya que no está nada cuidado.

Muy bien la atencion del personal. Ante un problema personal concreto que hemos tenido nos han atendido muy bien.

La habitacion estaba muy descuidada no tanto en la limpieza como el mantenimiento. La bañera estaba muy, muy oxidada. Impresentable en cualquier sitio y mas en un aptmo. con categoria 4 estrellas El colchon tambien malo.

AMBIENTE AGRADABLE .PERSONAL AMABLE Y COMPETENTE.ZONA TRANQUILA Y CON BUENA SITUACIÓN PARA PODER DESPLAZARTE A CUALQUIER PARTE DE LA ISLA.

La profesionalidad del personal en el comedor muy buena, en la recepción con las personas que traté (dos chicas, una de algún país del este creo yo, y la otra española, morena y un poco gordita) fatal. El resto de personal creo que bueno o como cabía esperar salvo el del comedor que ya he dicho que era el mejor.

El hotel es perfecto para ir con niños, al disponer de 7 piscinas y tener una playa privada, ademas de estar cerca de la playa publica.

Bastante descontentos. Personal no hablaba practicamente español. Instalaciones estropeadas (jacuzzi). No existencia de limpieza en las habitaciones.

The hotel rooms need major renovation and look as if the furniture hasn't been upgraded or the walls haven't been painted in some time. The pull out bed in the living room area comes out of the wardrobe and if it's used lies completely across the kitchen area, which then cannot be used until the bed s folded back up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. There were many cleaning staff around the hotel on a continuous basis. When we asked for our door lock to be fixed it was done immediately. Pool towels provided by the hotel and available to be changed daily if needed. The prices were reasonable.

Check in took 45 minutes even though there was only 2 families before us. The receptionist couldn't find the previous family's booking and their room wasn't available. Took 35 minutes to sort it out and there was only 1 staff member on duty so we had to wait. Room was full of ants and the occasional cockroach and was badly in need of renovation. We were there from Saturday to Saturday and even though it stated bed linen change every Monday and Friday we didn't get any. The wardrobe door fell off and my wife had to call me to help her hold it and this could have been fatal if my 6 year old daughter had tried to open it instead. The entertainment was the worst I have ever experienced, and I mentioned it to the staff but nothing changed. There was Karaoke every night at the end of what entertainment there was and nobody sang except for the entertainment staff but despite the obvious signs, they still persevered with it.

There is a nice beach and there are nice walks in the surrounding areas. There are many restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel which are reasonably priced.There are a few souvenir shops and bars along the promenade which is about 10 to 15 minutes away

Super complex everything you could possibly want. great food drink staff entertainment cant say enough good things about the sands resort.

Práacticamente todo, excelente.

Sólo un pero si viajas con bebé: los colchones de las cunas son terriblemente blandos y ahí ni ellos ni nadie puede dormir tranquilo.
