we had no change of bedding all week and this is not acceptable for a so called 4 star accomadation Apartment was not cleaned to a standard you would expect when you have paid extra for 4 star accomadation (floors mopped once in a week)
spacious was allowed to keep room at no extra charge on day of checkout
On arrival we had no towels so had to phone for some, also no hot water first night Furnishings, bed linen and towels were disgusting. Bed linen had stains on, towels had holes in. Washing machine broke Air con hit and miss
plenty of bars and restaurants 10 min walk away
