Clean, quite, and safe.

My biggest complaint was that the in-room information about the hotel was so sparse that it was almost useless. For example, wireless was supposed to be available. However, when I connected to the most obvious wireless network that was accessible in the hotel, I could not connect to the internet. It was only after 3 days that I discovered that the hotel actually used a different wireless server. Why wasn't this information provided at check-in? or detailed in the in-room information sheet? Another issue was that when I checked in, the only person around did not speak English, so I was given no information about how the facility operated. Besides the lack of information about the wireless network, I was not told how breakfast was provided, and I nearly missed breakfast the first day.

excellent room and decent location, near the bus stop / trams and walking distance to major attrations (15 min walk). despite located on a busy street the sound proofing was excellent

the description for locating the hotel needs to be better described as we spent a long time on a hot afternoon trying to find it. There were no signage on the building, compounding out problems

small compact,very quiet,only 4 bedrooms. staff excellent and very helpful.

This is not a negative review of hotel,which was fine, just misleading info from easyjet saying close to Spanish steps, in reallity a good 25+ minutes walk. nearest restaurants etc Piazza del Popolo. Although we knew in advance that there was no hotel restaurant/bar this became a chore after a strenuous day sight seeing, especially as temperatures were in the high 30's

The Metro, tram and bus stops are very close to the hotel.

It's located in a nice residential area. Dominica is a very nice and helpful person. She gives detailed explanation for every request. The breakfast was good too. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. I'll definitely go back.

There was no internet connection as indicated on the website. The TV channels are only in Italian.
