The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English. We had numerous questions for them and all were answered fully & very well.

The address is given as Number 210/212 of street so and so, but in actual fact the hotel entrance is around two corners from No.210/212. There is a sign hanging in the street but we did not notice it upon our arrival When we did see it, it gave no indication of how to get to the hotel. We understand that a new entrance will be opened early in 2010. Surprised that there were no facilities in the room to make hot drinks, also that there was no English channel available on TV. (We travel extensively in Asia and have come to expect such facilities.) We only ate in the hotel once and although we were in the dining room at just after 7.30 a.m. found that the coffee & tea were only lukewarm.

Park Guell was about the only large attraction in the area, but there were many pleasant and interesting squares and a small fascinating market nearby. It is just a very short walk to either Fontana or Lesseps Metro stations and so access to \the centre of Barcelona is very easy.

OK so some have said it's student accomodation. But hey it didn't seem like it!! For the price it was clean, quiet, room well serviced, and all the facilities you would like (except a kettle in the room, but i always take one!). Nice shower and bathroom too. Although the hotel was 1km outside of the main tourist area (Las Ramblas etc) it is a lovely area which if you venture into there are some excellent eataries and bars. 5 minutes walk and your at Lessops or Fontana Metro station and a couple of stops to the heart of the city. A T10 metro ticket gets you 10 rides on the metro for 7 euros and you can share the ticket with others in your group. If your looking for a good value room then go for this!

Place de Lessops, Parc Guille and Gaudi caherderal Easy walking distance. A coffe and crossaint outside the library at the Place de Lessops is a great way to start the day

la ragazza della reception non ha mai sorriso e salutava pochissimo. al limite della maleducazione. Per fortuna c'era il suo collega che salvava la situazione.

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila con el metro cerca y a pocas paradas a Plaza Catalunya. Personal muy atento y amable. Habitación bonita y amplia. Hotel pequeñito y bastante nuevo o remodelado.

Todo estuvo bien

Nos gusto mucho. Ubicación privilegiada. Instalaciones nuevas. Limpieza. Aire acondicionado con buena temperatura en la habitación. No oimos ningún ruido. Limpieza y baño nuevos. Muy amable el personal. Buena calidad/precio. Muy recomendable

Mi valoración es muy buena en general, también respecto de la conexión del transporte con el centro ciudad y resto de áreas metropolitanas

Al ser residencia erasmus hay el riesgo de que en las habitaciones colindantes haya estudiantes que no respetan las horas de descanso.Ésta fue la parte totalmente negativa pues las 3 noches que pernoctamos estudiantes pasadas las 24.00h hacían mucho ruido y tuvimos que avisar a los encargados del hotel y a las mismas estudiantes.Ésta fue la única queja del hotel que como hotel aparecía en las páginas de viajes.

Buena calidad- precio, bien comunicado, barrio tranquilo.

Las paredes como de costumbre de papel y si quieres dormir ya sabes ponte a rezar a quien te toca en la habitación de al lado, en este pais parece que la gente no necesita dormir.
