Personal muy simpático, Habitaciones muy limpias y cuidadas.

Cerca de las tiendas, bares, de los mejores restaurantes y monumentos de la ciudad. También es cerca de tren para Firenze y otros destinos. Solo a 5 min. de lo aeropuerto en taxi o autobús.

Recently refurbished, and very clean throughout.

Reception not manned at time of arrival in middle of day.

We ate dinner one night at the sister hotel Relais dell'Orologio which was outstanding.

Well situated, clean & pleasant hotel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The rooms were quite small and although there was a fridge (mini-bar) in the room there were only two bottles of water. The room was very warm so we opened the window but as it overlooked the street behind, it was very noisy. There was a satellite box with instructions on how to use it but it didn't work.

Tea-coffee facilities in the room would be a welcome improvement. We were told that the reception was open until 12.30 and then closed until 4pm but when we arrived at 12.15, it was closed with a notice to say that it only opened from 15.00-23.00 so we had to go to the sister hotel to check in - a bit of a trek but he cleaner did let us in and we could drop off our luggage.

Centrally positioned. Not far from Tower and Airport.

Hotel closed when we got there at noon despite our info saying it would be open until 1230. Small map stuck to door to redirect us to 'sister' hotel 3 streets away.... not much use. Receptionist spent 10 mins on phone taking a booking as we tried to check in... then we had to walk back to our hotel again! Room ok... but a bit dusty in places. Bar and evening restaurant closed and only a very limited selection at breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone during 'off season'... even at the price we paid!!

Highly recommend La Grotta restaurant, a bit expensive but well worth it. Beautiful food and the staff were lovely. Be warned you will need to reserve a table!

W had a wonderful stay at this nice hotel. Staff were excellent. Would recommend particularly to people staying alone or in twos.

Very close to road, got a bit noisy on saturday night but fine otherwise.

Approximately 300 metres from the leaning tower and cathedral. Just a very short walk to the shops. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. We walked to Pisa station (to get train to Florence) in about 15 - 20 minutes. I guarantee that first view you get of the tower will take your breath away, absolutely fabulous!

The best value for money \Hotel I have ever stayed in. The word excellent covers the Hotel and the service provided by the staff.

Pisa tower, shops and Close to bus an train station so Florence was easy to get to.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR A SHORT BREAK AS WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY WE FOUND IT REALLY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

ROOMS WERE SMALL BUT ADEQUATE.FREE SAVE AND FRIDGE,HEATING VERY GOOD,PLENTY OF HOT WATER SAT TV VERY GOOD.

NO PROPER DINING ROOM,NO LOUNGE AT ALL ,BAR NEVER OPEN SO HAD TO GO OUT IN THE POURING RAIN IN THE EVENING FOR A DRINK,VERY POOR RECEPTION AS WE HAD TO TAKE OUR BAGS WITH US FOR HOURS ON OUR LAST DAY AS WE HAD NO WHERE TO LEAVE THEM. VERY LIMITIED FOOD AT BREAKFAST.

WE FOUND THE HOTEL IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR THE LEANING TOWER AND THE TRAIN STATION.THE MAIN SHOPING AREA WAS ALSO VERY CLOSE WE COULD NOT FAULT THE LOCATION.

The chinese member of staff was a man of all trades and we can only praise him for doing the jobs by himself from bar attending, cleaning rooms, etc.. The receptionist was also very helpful!

Would of preferred a balcony or a better view from the room.. other than this, we accepted there were none rooms as mentioned available?!

Visit the leaning tower of Pisa, Cathedral, etc..

La chambre était tellement exigue que nous ne pouvions même pas poser notre sac par terre ! De plus, arrivant après 9h. du soir à Pise, nous avons du chercher la clé de la chambre dans un autre hôtel car la rception était déjà fermée.
