Cheap and not too far from playa d'en bossa centre

Firstly we are a group of carefree partygoers, who went to ibiza looking for cheap, basic, clean accomodation, nothing too fancy. We were not expecting 5 star treatment, we are often used to staying in hostels and very basic accomodation. HOWEVER!!! This place is the WORST and biggest dump we have ever stayed! Reception not manned. All information in Spanish. Nobody there to greet us, had to call several numbers in order to get checked in. Check in area loacked in late evening till 10am! Bar staff in hotel bar laughed in our faces and told us they didnt care. Once checked in, room was dirty and on ground next to bar. Which was always busy with spanish who did not seem to be staying in hotel. Very loud music till late made it impossible to sleep or hold a conversation. Staff were smoking weed! The next day we found water pouring in our bathroom ceiling, I mean pouring, flooded the bathroom hall and bedroom. When we approached staff we were given a mop! Ridiculous attitude. Nobody there to help. We did not recieve clean towels once. We had to ask for them. No cleaning service came to our room, but through the week we noticed other rooms were being done, all spanish guests treated differently. Staff didmissed us because we were British. Thats who we all felt. Our own beach towels were stolen from our terrace. Pool area was grubby with loud music all day. Which we wouldnt of minded if it wasnt the same 3 cds on repeat all bloody week! Dido, spanish cd and Bob Marley. The latter fitted in quite well, as all the staff seemed to smoke weed! Cockroaches etc. But it is Spain after all and these can be expexted... but so many? All crockery and cutlery were mismatched, chipped and extremely dirty. We couldnt use them. When we asked the bar staff for some clean ones we were told we would have to purchase all our drinks at the bar and sniggered at. Was to sleep 4 guests, but we only had 3 beds? Just as well as one of our friends couldnt make it, so we only used the three. Overall disgusting place would never return or recommend to anyone! On arrival we had to pay 50 euros per person to stay there, this was not outlined when we booked, never had this before? On departure we tried to find a staff member to refund this, but how unfortunate there was nobody around, or answering the phone. So as our flight was due to depart we had to leave without it. We waited for 2 hours trying to get it back. eventually gave up and had to go to airport. Therefore losing our euros. This was the tip of the iceberg.
