Tienen problemas con los vecinos y tienes la casa llena de avisos que te coartan.

Bien situado.

No me gusta la fianza, te presentan un contrato en ingles que mal entendí y por que eran las 11 de la noche y no me apetecía andar con los crios, sino me busco otra cosa.

Dando un paseo se puede ir a la playa andando.

El apartahotel esta bien ubicado y con fácil acceso desde el metro, al ser apartahotel hay que llevar todo (excepto toallas y ropa de cama), de resto esta muy bien cuidado, podia cuidarse u poquetin más la limpieza.

The apartment we were given was large, newly refurbished to a good standard and near the centre of Barcelona.

Apartments were tatty (not what you would expect from pictures) and poorly maintained (light bulbs missing and main screen on lounge broken so we had limited natural light). Check in procedure difficult as we had to collect keys on the other side of the city - this was not made clear on booking we also had to send reams of bank details to get our deposit back or risk being out of pocket for £500 for up to 8wks. Worst of all apartments full of bugs we all got bitten very badly - my daughter's bites were so severe she had to be treated in the local hospital. Overall very disappointed - as a family we prefer the self-catering option but will not be staying here again.

Spacieux, propre et bien situé. Fonctionnel

Chambre côté rue bruyante. Petits dysfonctionnements (Chauffage, luminaires, poignée de porte...) : Etat des lieux précédent ????? Changement d'appartement à la réception des clés : pas avertis, aucune explication !!!
