    no tiene practicamente ningun menaje, los vasos estan contados, cubiertos....

    EL HOTEL ESTA UBICADO EN UN EXCELENTE LUGAR DENTRO DEL PUERTO Y TIENE BUEN NOMBRE

    COMO NO ERA TEMPORADA ALTA, LOS SERVICIOS ESTABAN MUY MAL, EL PRIMER DIA NO HABIA BUFETTE PARA EL DESAYUNO Y A NUESTRA QUEJA PUSIERON UN BUFETTE BASTANTE INSATISFACTORIO, POBRE EN TODO.

    Outstanding location and views, large room.

    Kitchen and bathrooms need updating.

    Everything.... great beach, restaurants bars.

    staff on the plaza beach were very freindly and attentive brilliant location

    beach club is a bit noisy at weekend hey ho,no pool rooms are massive but need updated.

    you are close to everything in puerto banus be careful of pickpockets

    This was my third stay at your hotel and I have always found the staff to be helpful, the rooms are a lovely size and have always been clean. It is also in an ideal location.

    This is the third time we stay in this apartment. We noticed the standard of your accommodation has deterriorated i.e. maintainence of building , security - the main door to our apartment block is not shut at all times and also we have problem entering the main door when it is locked especially night time. The lights on the landing floor does not comes on till much much later or never come on, hence having problem putting in the keys to our room door. Also we found out the identical block opposite is half the price in Benobola- hence value for money is not great in comparison. WE are planning to retun to Puerto Banus in October for 16 people, unless we get a good deal from you we probably would change the accommodation to some wherelse. However we hope to hear from you as we prefer to use EasyJet.Can you also email me when the flights in October becomes available please. Thank you.

    This hotel was impressive. Staff were courteous and helpful. Facilities were a little cramped. Rooms were fabulous, huge spaces and furnishings to a higher standard than any other holiday hotel I have stayed in. Yes, it was expensive for anyone on a limited budget but fully equipped, sited perfectly and pleasant. Only downside would be parking, underground was off the planet but there is cheaper within walking distance.
