Although the hotel was clean there are not enough staff. The same staff work long hours in the restaurant and bar and there was only ever 1 member of staff on duty in the bar even though it was often very busy. Queueing for service was therefore the norm. Despite the fact that we enjoyed our stay, there was no hot water for the last 2 days as the boiler had broken and a replacement part had to be sent from Spain. This was not repaired before we left and washing/showering in cold water for two days is unacceptable, especially for those holidaymakers with families.
Friendly staff. Good pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Pool open late. Pool gets sun all day and is WARM! Good animation team with
plenty of activities if you want them.
