Esta bastante cerca de la playa y la verdad es que la atencion del persona es etupenda, tiene cerca parada de bus, supermercado y bares

This was my third stay at the oceanus. As always the staff were extreamly pleasant and profesional. I throughly enjoyed my stay, and would havae no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I think the hotel could do with a bit of a face lift. Also the cleaning staff were very friendly but could have taken a little more care with the cleaning. The entertainment in the bar wasn't great and it was very quiet, but I put this down to the time of year.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms clean and functional.

Great room in one bedroom apartment, spacious and clean and well equipped. Nice indoor pool thought wasn't required (didn't see anyone use it) due to fabulous weather.

Charge of 1 euro for sunbed mattress at pool is a bit off but I suppose is OK as need to recoup some costs as the roms are so cheap. However didn;t like the bossy signs about bringing in food or drink to the pool areas, even a bottle of water (was very hot) prompted lots of tut-tutting from the pool bar man. Not on!

our little boy (under 2) was sick with a vomiting bug (as was my husband and I) and we cant commend the staff highly enough particularly the clening staff who were extremelt helpful in changing laundry frequently when requested and being otherwise very sweet to a hugely disappointed family that had their first family holiday overshadowed by illness!

zoo marine worth a day trip

The Hotel was in a lovely area with lots of amenities available within the hotel for guests of all ages. The staff, especially Jacqueline at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant and made us feel at home. The cleaning and laundry was done regularly which was a great bonus. We also availed of your taxi facility to and front the hotel and were picked up by Vasco Dias who was also extremely helpful and pleasant

The only negative thing I would say was in relation to your restaurant. On checking in we were offered a discount of 15% if we visited the restaurant during our stay. We went to the restaurant and were given menus by the waiter but when the waiter saw the discount card he changed the menu he gave us. We ordered our meal and asked if there was vegatables included and were told yes and what they were. Our meal came but no vegatables and when we asked for the vegatables we were given one small portion between three of us. We asked the waiter again for the other portions but he just walked off and never came back to us. The meal was not good value for money even with the 15% discount

The beach was fairly near and of course the in door and out door pools were very accessible
