we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before the check=in time but the staff were very helpful and found us a vacant room within 15 minutes. however the room was on the groundfloor right by the pool and did not have a balcony.we asked if we could have a room with a balcony but none were available for our stay. the reception desk staff then suggested that they would phone another property in their group and they found us a room on the third floor of the other property which was about 10 minutes walk away in a fairly new property.we accepted this and the hotel booked and paid for a taxi to take us there.we were delighted with the help of the staff and also with the alternative apartment that they supplied. for service and efficiency i would highly recommend this property

colchoes muito fracos
buen servicio, muy centrico , relacion calidad precio sobresaliente
Apartamentos muy amplios. En pleno centro y a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la playa.
