Apartamento Mouraliz

Had the facilities have been in nice condition and not damp and cold, the apartment would have been very good value.

In need of considerable referbusment and decoration, on arrival apartment on arrival was very cold and damp, no heaters avalible! Whilst the deal itself appeared very good value, I would have rather of paid more and had better facilities. It has made me question booking this way again. Sorry.

We knew the area and this position provides easy walking to the Marina area where there are many Bar and Resturants.

Very worn out accommodation, may have been 3* when it was built but not at this point in time. Some nastu bugs in the aprtment, that really should not happen at arrival.

Apartments could do with a little tender loving care in other words they need renovating. The location was great near to all bars and restaurants and the harbour and beach. Heard stories of burglaries at the apartments so we kept our valuables with us at all times, not ideal but safe.

Very basic accommodation but at the price we paid cant really complain. Bathroom a little damp and tatty could do with some tlc. Location as a frequent visitor is brilliant. Bit disappointed key access to swimming pool didnt work. Would book again as a budget break.

The staff were very helpful when a couple of appliances broke down in the apartment.However, the room was a little musty on entering.Very close proximity to the marina.

Because we were there weekend only there was no staff to be seen. No clean linen, sheets or room cleaned. Lickily I had been to Portugal before so knew my way around. It has not put me off the apartments though, I would stay there again. Value for money.
