Would like to see more sun umbrellas on the roof terrace.

I will not be travelling back to Puerto Rico for the following reason. At the moment there seems to be a large number of very pushy sales?? people in the area looking to sell time shares, excursions to beaches etc. Lots of shops, restaurants, pubs are basically haunting people all the time to use their own facility. This for us was very off putting on Holiday and i think if it continues it will damage tourism in the area - particularly from couples who it seems are hassled the most.

Staff in General were extremely nice and easy to deal with. Maintainence and upkeep of the complex was ongoing which showed the constant high standards which the hotel is trying to achieve. Pool area very clean and well run. All Staff work to a high standard and are very pleasant.

No much to say. Perhaps the temperature of the shower could be less varied - tended to run from hot to cold intermittently.

Unfortunately there was not that much activity in the resort of Puerto Rico, particularly at night. Found an excellent indian restaurant close to the hotel in the marina but it only seems to open on certain evenings? Pubs and Clubs tended to be very quiet with no live music in the area. Beaches were very quiet and not really up to scratch in comparison to other beaches in Gran Canaria. Marina was pleasant but again very quiet.
