La posibilidad de compartir instalaciones, servicios y restaurante con otros hoteles de la cadena dispersos por Benidorm.
Mucho ruido por las noches, fiestas de jóvenes que no respetan el descanso nocturno y con total pasividad del personal del hotel. Una mañana incluso encontré en la puerta de mi habitación un devuelto de algún energúmeno... La piscina climatizada no es que sea muy climatizada, las dos veces que he estado alojado el agua estaba más bien fría, por otro lado el horario de apertura es a las 10:00 y el de cierre a las 19:00, prácticamente nunca se abría a las 10:00, normalmente sobre las 11:00 u 11:30, eso sí a las 19:00 en punto nos echaban con muy malos modos, vergonzoso.... Tuvimos que esperar una hora para hacer el check-in porque sólo había una persona en la recepción.

Muchas actividades en los diferentes hoteles de la cadena. Poder hacer uso de las instalaciones y de los restaurantes de los diferentes hoteles de la cadena.
Durante los cuatro días de estancia, a pesar de alojarnos en todo incluido, ningún día se nos hizo la habitación. Alemanes ruidosos a las tantas de la mañana que perturbaban el descanso nocturno

dissapointed that other hotels in the group were closed.
hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
food not as good as other hotels in the goup.
plenty to do near the hotel.

If you are staying at the Tropicana Suites (apartments) try and speak with Vincent who was very helpful and understanding. The other staff were rude and showed no interest in the guests. Oh and Toni in the main bar is a nice bloke and very helpful.
Nice food with plenty of choices. The hotel itself was nice and clean (apart from the pool).
Reception staff in the Troicana Suites were rude and did not understand when we needed some medical assistance becasue a friend sliced the top of her toe off on one of the conrete pillars outside the apartment. Cleanliness of the pool was not good. When we asked for a room with a balcony we were told it would cost us an extra 100 euros plus a 25 euro admin fee which we thought was ridiculous considering we paid enough for the room. Entertainment was rubbish.
Go to the beach but you have to treck up and down cardiac hill??

LO MALO QUE VI, ES QUE A MEDIADOS DE SEMANA SE QUEDO SIN ANIMADORA INFANTIL, POR ENFERMEDAD Y CLARO LOS NIÑOS SE QUEDARON UN POCO BAJOS, YO SIENDO PERSONAL DEL HOTEL HUBIESE METIDO UN SUSTITUTO, TAMBIEN SE PERDIERON UNOS DIPLOMAS DE UNAS ACTIVIDADES QUE HICIERON LOS NIÑOS (medieval), me dijeron que me los iban a mandar, y todavia no han llegado
