hotel bien situado para ir a la playa o bien disfrutar de su hermosa piscina. el personal del hotel es muy amable, te hacen sentirte en familia.

Was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Staff were excellent as were the kids entertainers even tho my children were teenagers. Great facilities. Any request we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families - went all inclusive - excellent would go again -

Only downside was night enterainment for non spanish guests, not much going on around hotel - english bar was fine - also a bit of construction around pool which closed off some of sunbathing area and also sun bathing area on roof top restaurant was closed off for some reason

Mainly Spanish guests, not a problem for me infact I prefered that to being full of rowdy english youths, however kids would have prefered more english speaking children to play with. We visisted a number of the other hotels in the Magic group and I think this was the best.

Entertainment OK, but nothing special Not enough Reception and Bar staff, too much queueing/waiting Air conditioning in main room but none in bedroom.

Great hotel, staff, food and swimming area.

the hotel itself was in the correct location for my family with only a short bus ride to near by attraction. The staff corteous and spoke fluent English.

kids got bored as majority of the shows where cancelled due to excessive noise during the evening by the local police. As my second visit to the hotel this year I was not impressed with the entertainment that should have been in place.

beach 5 min walk. market 2 min walk. Centro Shopping Centre 5 min bus ride. Many other attractions nearby by walking or bus.

I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasion on a self catering basis. The only thing wrong with it is there was never any cutlery and maybe only one cup in the room. In a self catering apartment when 3 people are sharing I would expect there to be more than one cup. Other than that everything was quite satisfactory.

The hotel was very well presented, good facilties, lots of entertainment for the kids. The staff were very corteous and welcoming. I recomend this hotel to all, remember to book all inclusive.
