The apartments are centrally located just a few minutes walk from the Yumbo centre. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The water pressure in the shower was just a trickle all week, the matress on bed was about 2 inches thick. Bed sheets not changed in a 7 day stay.

Overall I think that it is a good choice and I would definetly stay there again in the future. However I would have some remarks (see negative reviews)
TV is available only if you pay extra. Safety box is available only if you pay extra... Come on... The shower could work better.
