    El personal (aunque casi todos eran extranjeros) muy amable, servicial y educados.

    Su situación. En la mismísima playa de los Pocillos (de las mejores de Lanzarote aunque la arena no sea dorada).

    Creo que le sobra una estrella. Sería un buen 3* superior.

    Prácticamente todo. Está muy bien situado.

    Muy bien situado, con una atención muy buena en recepción, servicio de restauracion correcto. Dispone de habitación de cortesia para la salida, donde te podras duchar y guardar las maletas hasta la salida de tu vuelo. En general es muy recomendable.

    THE HOTEL HAS A LOVELY ATMOSPHERE, THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY AND THE CLEANLINESS IS ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS. WE HAVE STAYED IN OTHER 4/5 STAR HOTELS AND I RELAXED MORE IN LAS COSTAS BECAUSE OF ALL THIS.

    It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food at lunchtime was very good and waiter service very efficient. Good strong coffee at breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and we liked having thermostat-controlled air-conditioning and a fridge. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

    The hotel didn't use air-conditioning in the dining-room - instead, they opened the doors to the outside which just allowed more warm air in. The dining room was horribly hot and overcrowded at breakfast and dinner times, which is why we opted to have lunch instead. Even though it was still too hot, at least it was quieter. The dining room just isn't big enough to cope with the number of guests. The pool area was very overcrowded and noisy, the loungers were very, very uncomfortable and there weren't enough sun umbrellas, so it really wasn't tempting to lie there. The room terraces lack any kind of privacy, which means you get people walking past staring at you. They could also do with providing some kind of shade from the sun on the room terraces. Although the hotel was very clean overall, our maid did the bare minimum.

    Fantastic beach just outside the gate. Close to Puerto del Carmen and Matagorda for a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to local buses.

    Nightly entertainment and venue abysmal. Could be greatly improved.(We assume on the above questionaire that 1 is excellent and 5 poor)
