food was lovely and a nice complex to stay in close to everything you need
bed are made of rock and the covers are like sand paper also the room was only cleaned twice in the space of a week unlike the 5 times they say not much shelter at the pool side bar and the restarunt is only open at the meal times and have strict clothing rules like no swim wear

I've loved everything about this hotel each time I've been there I've previously stayed in 5 other appartments/hotels and Lanzaplaya has been the nicest by far. I've stayed in Lanzaplaya 4 times now, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are more than helpful. I will deffinately be returning to Lanzaplaya sometime in the near future.
I have no negative reviews.
The hotel is situated in a great location. It's surrounded by everything you need. It's literally a 2 minute walk to all the bars/clubs/resaurants. Even though it is so close to all these bars and clubs, not a sound can be heard from the hotel.

suggestion to offer the facility to pre book late check out rooms before travelling suggest the option for towels to be changed daily
good location large pool area friendly and efficient staff
close to beach, restaurants and bars 3 supermarkets within 5 min walk

Enjoyed our second stay at Lanza Playa. Well placed to enjoy the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. Very clean and well equipped apartment, possibly like the towels to be changed more often. Good pool area and bar. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Good central location, very close to main beach. Shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Pleasant pool area with separate children's pool. Sunbeds and limited parasols available.

goed eten. dagelijks afwisseling
kamers werden 3 x verschoond in de week. Omdat je dicht bij het strand zit en daar veel gebruik van maakt komt er veel zand de kamer binnen. Dan zou het prettiger zijn als er wat vaker schoon werd gemaakt
park timanfaya is een aanrader de plek waar je kleine witte kreeftjes kan zien kun je overslaan! In de foldertjes ziet het er heel spectaculair uit maar het valt erg tegen!

Wij waren hier al voor de 6e keer. Jammer dat er weinig rekening wordt gehouden met de wensen van de trouwe gasten. Waren met vrienden hier en hadden om naast elkaar gelegen appartementen gevraagd. Daar was geen rekening mee gehouden en na heel veel moeite konden we dan toch eindelijk een appartement naast elkaar krijgen.
Goed gelegen appartement.
Te weinig ligbedden en parasols, mensen leggen 's morgens al heel vroeg hun handdoeken neer om te reserveren, dit is meer geworden door de all- inclusive gasten. Geen airco in de appartementen waardoor 's nachts zeer warm in de slaapkamer. Als je de slaapkamer ramen openlaat dan kun je de buren horen snurken.
