la deficiencia en la calefacción resulta muy incomoda, ya q si se aloja personal en invierno, deberia cumplir con los requisitos minimos en cuanto a calefacción. Además deberian revisar lo "tecnicos", las estufas minusculas de vez en cuando ya q no funcionan, y si el hotel dispone de servicio tecnico para reparar dichas estufas y se les ha avisado como 3 veces, deberia por lo menos presentase para solucionar el problema o sustituir la estufa.

lovely place to visit and stay. staff at the hotel were very helpful and freindly especially as we were staying in the apartments. Every request was met, especially for additional heating and blankets. The sea view from the apartments was fantastic and the terrace amazing.
downside was the cockroaches...........& lack of heating..........especially as we were staying in the middle of December and it's a 20 minute walk to the hotel to request the additional heating and blankets. Would have thought that this would have been addressed before people arrived. Electrics dodgy in no 14 could really do with a quick check over

En Febrero, cuando ya conocía los periodos de vacaciones que me concedia el banco; solicite la reserva del hotel. Cual fue mi sorpresa cuando en Septiembre despues de pasado casi siete meses desde que realize mi reserva, me encontre al llegar que no tenían mi apartamento libre. por coger los apartamento de Jessica (que son bungalows) deje de disfrutar dias de vacaciones. El enfado fue mayùsculo, no lo comprendía y sigo sin comprenderlo, (aunque luego hablando se le dio una soluciòn, cambiandolo por otra clase con derecho a media pension, por la perdida de dinero). No entiendo que si fue en febrero mi reserva lo la tenga.
