    Buena ubicación

    Colchones infames. No existe limpieza periódica ni la puedes hacer tu porque faltan herramientas de limpieza. Sistema aire no funciona. Pésimo mantenimiento e instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. UNA ESTAFA

    MALA LOCALIZACIÓN. LA RECEPCIÓN DEL APARTAMENTO ESTÁ SITUADO EN OTRA CALLE. PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN ALGO GROSERO Y EL PORTERO DEL EDIFICIO SOLO HABLA CHECO, IMPOSIBLE LA COMUNICACIÓN. LA RESERVA ESTABA REALIZADA PARA DOS PERSONAS Y UN BEBÉ DE 8 MESES Y NO HABÍA CUNA. SE SOLICITÓ PERO NOS LA DENEGARON PORQUE NO ESTABA ESPECIFICADO EN LA RESERVA. AL DÍA SIGUIENTE, NOS COMUNICAN QUE VAN A PINTAR EL EDIFICIO Y LOS APARTAMENTOS, Y QUE SI NO NOS IMPORTABA CAMBIAR DE APARTAMENTO. AL FINAL DECIDIMOS QUEDARNOS EN EL MISMO PERO MUY DESCONTENTOS POR EL MAL SERVICIO EN TODO.

    LOS APARTAMENTOS ESTÁN EN LA PLAZA WENCESLAO POR LO TANTO, PUEDES VER MUCHOS PUNTOS DE INTERÉS ANDANDO.

    Un apartamento genial,espacioso y limpio, con todo lo necesario. Tranquilo. Ubicacion ideal, en pleno centro, junto a la plaza Wencelas, te permite ir a todos los lugares sin utilizar transporte. Lo recomiendo plenamente.

    situacion muy centrica.

    Mucho ruido por aparatos de refrigeracion situados en el patio interior del apartamento. En seis noches de estancia no cambiaron ni sabanas, ni toallas.

    The hotel is located in the heart of the city (Venceslaus Square) and the metro station is around 10 meters from the hotel.

    Praga is not that big, so every point of interest is close to the hotel. Close to the hotel there are Bars and restaurants open 24h.

    Confusion on entry to building but once sorted out superb apartment.

    emplacement exceptionnel, tres grand volume de l'appartement, bon équipement

    arrêt de métro juste à côté et de toute façon les 3/4 des sites sont proches à pied

    Had to ask for clean towels,sheets not changed,no dish for soap/shampoo in the shower," which needs hose changed",windows are terrible they would not operate properly nor would the blinds in the roof windows,they were all tangled up.For £300.00 for four nights I expected clean linen etc.We had to ask for a toaster which seemed to surprise the staff.It is a lovely apartment and very spacious,well worth the money if small details were attended to.On this form there is no mention of Wife/Husband,I have been married to my Wife for 43 years and detest the word partner which could mean lesbian/homosexual or some other connotation.Thank you.
