location and cleanliness were very good
the hotel was fully booked and there was never more than one member of staff behind the bar you could only get one drink at a time. also the food hall was open from 13.00 to 15.00 for lunch and 20.00 to 22.00 for dinner you had to que for at least 30 miniutes to get food and there was many things that ran out with more than an hour left time the closing time. one of a party had a fall on a wet floor with no sign or anyone who wanted to do anything about it. we spent two days trying to get an accident book to which we were told under spanish law they don't have to have an accident book. we went in a party of 11 for a birthday , as we were leaving some familys with children were booking in, i thing this hotel was totaly unecepterble for children. as the lack of staff ment that there was no staff to serve younger people. i would not go to this hotel again and will let people know that although it says all incluesive there is not chance of getting served so infact is not all inclusive.

Basic accommodation, in need of updating, rooms fairly spacious, beds reasonably comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. Hardly any cooking utensils so a family would find it difficult cooking any meal if self catering.
Coach loads of men arriving on a daily basis with one view to get absolutely rotten stinking drunk, not a place for young children as hoards of men screamed obscenities on a daily basis, made threats of violence depending on which football team they supported, and exposed themselves at every opportunity possible. Then ran through the corridors on a rampage nightly. Staff were indifferent to complaints as it seems they were used to this behaviour. Had i not been with a group of women would have been terrified. Not a place to take your family despite the fact the website said it was. A hotel that lives up to the bad reputation of Magaluf.
Para quien le guste la marcha por la noche sea el dia que sea , es ideal super centrico de la marcha y la playa.
La limpieza da mucho de que hablar, bastante sucio, en los apartamentos no hay escoba para barrer y tampo lo hacen cuando vienen a limpiar ( solo dejan toayas limpias). si quieres tele hay que pagar por ello aparte!!!!!!
