Hotel con ambiente familiar. El personal amable, informativo y correcto. La habitación adecuada en cuanto a instalación y limpieza.

Aunque el personal es amable y correcto, les falta un toque un poco más personalizado. Ya que el hotel no es tan grande, sería fácil con un poco de interés dar un servicio algo más personalizado y haciéndole sentir al cliente no solo ser un número más.

Deberían mantener abierto el bar (no el de la piscina) para los que deseen tomar algo con mayor tranquilidad

El personal, en general, es muy amable

conocí el hotel en el 98 (antes de ser H10) y el bufet de desayunos era mejor que ahora

Excelente calidad-precio. Hotel modesto sin grandes pretensiones con instalaciones y servicio correcto. Sencillo y agradable, muy familiar. Tienen servicio de guardería, era gracioso ver a todos los niños sentaditos dentro de una cabaña de colores con la chica contándoles algo. Nos ha gustado, volveríamos.

On one of the days we were on the beach a German Lady died. This was very upsetting to see as we found to our dismay there was no life saving devices available to help resussitate her. Two Spanish ladies tried their best and after 20mins Ambulance men arrived but they also did not have the proper equipment with them to help and after another 20mins only then did the Doctor and his team get down to the beach. By then it was too late. After another hour her remains were removed from the beach and put into the mortury van. No attempt was made to remove the sun bathers from around the area where her body lay. Nor was there any attempt to cordon off the area. It was a very upsetting to see and our sincere sympathy goes out to her husband and family.

My friend and I found the apartment very comfortable to sleep in. We did not eat in it at all but found cooking facilities very good if we needed to use same. We ate breakfast in the Apartment Block with other guests each morning and it was well catered for. The Apartment was situated in a good place - easy to walk to the beautiful beach and the little village. All in all very comfortable and we would like to go back again.

The only negative was - we felt because we moved the furniture in the kitchen around to suit ourselves. Changed one of the beds out to the kitchen as we did not want to sleep in the same room - the lady who came to tidy up the apartment would not make up the bed in the kitchen. In the 9 nights we stayed there the bed was made up only once. Maybe she found it inconvenient to get around. Very little negative I feel.

After a good breakfast each morning we came back to our apartment and got ready to go down to the beach. We discovered the market in the marina and also the little village to the right of the apartment which we enjoyed.

The atmosphere was great. The blue team was very good with the children. The availability of the miniclub was perfect.

We where never content with the clearing of the room, it felt like the dirt was just shuffled around. The room was very cold at night time. The baby pool was not possible to use since it was not heated. The massagist which was recommended by the hotel was not professional and I world never recommended this to anyone.

It has a good location, rite next to the beach - our room was okay- but we had yellow water- so I wouldnt reccommend to drink the tap water. Also our room door was very old and looked like it had been previously opened by force before, althought we noted only our door was. The room had plenty of space and was clean!The food is not all that- I would not recommend going on an all inclusive- for one day you can get by with, but more than one- you will be looking for other sources of food!! There are plenty of palces to eat- to lunch and for dinner at the beach front! - particularly if you love fish!
